As Senior / Lead Designer at Trint, I initially oversaw product and marketing designs when the company had about 30 employees. As we grew to almost 100 employees, I shifted into a more dedicated product design role in order to solve user needs with the help of another UX person and PMs, from problem definition to implementation.
- The first phase consisted in improving the existing website and features of the desktop and mobile apps: Trints list, Editor, Navigation, Actions bar, Player bar, Trint Player.

- The second phase was focused on various list of elements to improve in terms of User Interaction. With a backlog of tasks increasing everyday, we defined priorities based on users feedback and most common pain points. It included Modals, Share panel, Export panel, Version History, Vocab Builder, Sorting mechanism, Workspaces... and a range of micro-interactions and responsive behaviours.
- The third phase mostly consisted in identifying broader pain points in user flows, such as the Pricing page, Subscription flow, Changing plan, Canceling flow, and Call recording. These pain points were heavily informed by data with the help of our new growth team and were tested with users. I had the opportunity to use analytics tools such as Mixpanel to inform design decisions.
- I would add one last phase during my time at Trint, split between the exploration of new features (Story Builder) with user interviews, prototyping and user testing, and the initiation and maintenance of a new Design System in Figma.
